The Whine Cellar

The Whine Cellar is a fully equipped gym located in the basement of our home with a convenient lower level entrance. This intimate setting allows you to work out in privacy while allowing me to focus on your personal fitness goals without distractions. I provide everything you need including water, towels and lots of moral support.

As a personal trainer, I will motivate and challenge you. Most importantly, I will tailor a program that suits your needs and makes sure that exercises are done correctly with proper form. I work o

ne-on-one or in small groups,

with men, women and children of all ages and abilities. From weight loss and toning to sport specific training, from beginner to elite athlete, I have a program for everyone.

I’m here to support and inspire you through every step and help you reach your highest potential. Individually, it’s difficult to push or motivate yourself as much as an outside influence can, and that’s what I excel in; helping you to be your best. Programs vary anywhere from once a month to 5 days a week and range from 30-60 minutes depending on your individual needs.
